mac安装yarn

这个yarn是前端的包管理工具，不是hadoop生态的资源管理器哈。

npm install --global yarn
yarn --version

# yarn设置taobao源
yarn config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org

# npm设置taobao源
npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org
